In response to your email, my communication with Mark has been prompt, informative and professional. His continuous emails lead me to respond to Bernardsville VW, as I live in Rockland County and usually deal with Palisades VW (who are absolutely WONDERFUL to deal with!) As it stands, you are getting the VW Jetta Sportwagen before they are and we (husband & I) have been following VW's news about this vehicle. Because of Mark's emails, I called him and found out that the Sportwagon is coming to your dealership the week of June 2nd and one had the sunroof. That was it. Sold. Mark immediately emailed me the VIN number and we discussed the car. If you have any other questions, please feel free to email. If all goes smoothly, I will recommend Bernardsville VW to family members who live in the Basking Ridge area.
